Update -
Update - We are extending our previously announced infrastructure maintenance timeframe in our Philadelphia data center through this week and next as planning continues for upcoming phases of our network improvement initiative.
Work is ongoing, but the timing of specific cutover activities is still being determined. We will issue additional notices once maintenance windows are confirmed and can communicate any expected customer impact.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Over the next three weeks, WLC will be conducting planned infrastructure work in our Philadelphia data center as part of a broader network improvement initiative.
The purpose of this work is to enhance platform resilience, supportability, and long-term operational stability. While we do not anticipate widespread impact from all activities, certain phases may require scheduled maintenance windows that could present a risk of limited or localized service disruption.
We will issue separate status-page notices for any maintenance windows with confirmed timing and expected customer impact.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we complete these improvements.

We will be performing planned infrastructure maintenance in our Philadelphia data center as part of a network modernization effort. This work includes replacing core networking, routing, and firewall components that support services in the Philadelphia site.
During the maintenance window, we plan to temporarily remove the Philadelphia application zone from active service to reduce the risk of partial or inconsistent service behavior while network changes are completed. Services are expected to continue operating from our other available data center zones during this period.
Properly configured endpoints and customer systems should automatically fail over to alternate available zones. Some customers may notice brief registration changes, routing changes, or temporary service interruptions while failover occurs or while systems are validated following the network transition.
After the network work is completed, our team will perform service validation and gradually return Philadelphia services to normal operation once testing confirms stability.
