Update -
Update - We are extending our previously announced infrastructure maintenance timeframe in our Philadelphia data center through this week and next as planning continues for upcoming phases of our network improvement initiative.
Work is ongoing, but the timing of specific cutover activities is still being determined. We will issue additional notices once maintenance windows are confirmed and can communicate any expected customer impact.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Scheduled -
Over the next three weeks, WLC will be conducting planned infrastructure work in our Philadelphia data center as part of a broader network improvement initiative.
The purpose of this work is to enhance platform resilience, supportability, and long-term operational stability. While we do not anticipate widespread impact from all activities, certain phases may require scheduled maintenance windows that could present a risk of limited or localized service disruption.
We will issue separate status-page notices for any maintenance windows with confirmed timing and expected customer impact.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we complete these improvements.

Description: We will be performing scheduled maintenance to relocate a portion of our backend server infrastructure during the window above. This is a planned, low-risk infrastructure move.
Expected Impact: Our Edgeview product will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance window while the underlying equipment is relocated.
No impact is expected to call processing or any other services.
We will post an update once the work is complete. Thank you for your patience as we continue to invest in our infrastructure.

Description: Continuing our data center infrastructure upgrade in PHL, we will be performing scheduled network maintenance during the window above. This work involves migrating our remaining internet transit connections and one additional intra-data-center link to new equipment.
Redundant capacity will remain in service throughout the maintenance window, and we do not anticipate any impact to the majority of customer traffic. Brief, isolated interruptions (on the order of seconds) are possible on individual circuits as they are cut over.
Expected Impact:
General traffic: None anticipated. Redundant paths will carry traffic during the migration; any interruption on an individual circuit is expected to be brief and transient.
Private connectivity customers using Megaport direct connect to our PHL location: a brief loss of connectivity is expected during the cutover, estimated at under 5 minutes.
We will provide an update if the scope or timing of this window changes. Thank you for your patience as we continue to invest in the resiliency of our network.
