White Label Engineers encountered a number of issues with the platform switch deployment software which make it unsafe to attempt / continue an upgrade at this time. This maintenance will be rescheduled as soon as these issues are identified and resolved.

White Label Communications will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Atlas platform during the weekend of September 23-25th.

The maintenance on Friday evening into Saturday morning will have minimal impact to customers, given that during this phase, we will be seamlessly switching/moving traffic between our three (3) data centers as each data center is being attended to individually (switching traffic between our data centers happens regularly today and Partners are unaware when it occurs).

The maintenance on Saturday evening into Sunday may impact your customers because this phase requires all three (3) data centers to be updated and restarted periodically. As a result, please be aware and set expectations with your customers that calling capabilities and applications such as call-center may be impaired for short periods of time.

This upgrade process attempts to take all steps to avoid interruptions when possible, and the availability of our service remains of utmost importance to us. These upgrades will result in significant gains in efficiency and improved responsiveness.
