White Label Communications will be performing scheduled maintenance to update switch software on the Atlas platform Friday January 20 starting at 10 pm ET.

The maintenance on Friday evening will have minimal impact to customers - during which we will be seamlessly switching/moving traffic between our three (3) data centers as each data center is being attended to individually (switching traffic between our data centers happens regularly today and Partners are unaware when it occurs).

This upgrade process attempts to take all steps to avoid interruptions when possible, and the availability of our service remains of utmost importance to us. These upgrades will result in significant gains in efficiency and improved responsiveness.
