From September 4 through September 14, WLC will be conducting planned infrastructure work in our Grand Rapids data center as part of a broader network improvement initiative. The purpose of this work is to enhance platform resilience, supportability, and long-term operational stability. While we do not anticipate widespread impact from all activities, certain phases may require scheduled maintenance windows that could present a risk of limited or localized service disruption. We will issue separate status-page notices for any maintenance windows with confirmed timing and expected customer impact.
