With the new ui release, some users are experiencing a one-time sign-in issue where the login page spins but does not load. This is a local cache issue. Use CTRL+F5 to reload the page and clear cache. Login should then work as expected. If CTRL+F5 does not work, open an incognito window of the browser and login there. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to support.
