We will be performing scheduled network maintenance beginning Friday, September 25th at 11:00 PM ET, as part of continued validation work following our recent Grand Rapids network modernization.
During this window, our team will be testing an alternate network path between our data centers to validate a backup routing option following recent core network hardware changes. This is a controlled test to confirm the path performs as expected before we rely on it going forward.
We do not anticipate customer-facing impact. However, this testing does involve brief adjustments to backend network paths, and there is a small possibility that some backend service communication could see brief, intermittent effects while changes are made and validated. Any such effects, if they occur, are expected to be minor and short-lived.
Once testing is complete and stability is confirmed, the maintenance window will be closed out.
